About me
I am a UX/UI designer who is passionate about user-centric experiences and thinking about how we can design in a way that positively impacts society as a whole.
I was born and raised in Brazil and have been living in Canada for a decade. I am lucky to have two amazing countries to call home and to have been able to work as a designer in both, having a total of 14 years of design experience.
The exposure to two cultures made me fall in love with listening to people and understanding their needs, feelings and views of the world. Listening to people allows me to be a better designer and design things that matter to people in the context of the culture they live.
When I am not working, I spend time with my family and my cat. I also like reading sci-fi books, doing paper/felt crafts and have been trying a bit of embroidery lately.
